Coming up this Sunday 25th June 2023

This Sunday we are going to be hearing from God’s word as Jodie McNeill preaches to us from 1 Corinthians Chapter 12:1-11 about ‘Spiritual Things’.

After our 9 am service we’ll be enjoying brunch together, and after our 4 pm service we’ll be having dinner.

We’d love you to join us in-person if you’re able, or watch our livestream at watch.jamberooanglican.com.

Here are your questions that Jodie plans to answer this weekend:

1 What does it mean to announce the Lord’s death (1 Corinthians 11:26)?
2 If the Lord’s Supper is so important, why do we only celebrate it monthly?
3 Could we celebrate the Lord’s Supper over brunch or dinner?
4 Why do churches restrict some people from taking communion?
5 How should we teach our children to examine themselves before the Lord’s Supper?
6 Will a child bring judgement upon themselves if they don’t understand the Lord’s Supper?
7 If we are judged for taking communion wrongly, did Jesus die for that?
8 If we become sick, how do we know whether it was God’s judgement?
9 Where does the Bible teach that Hell is eternal, conscious torment?
10 In Isaiah 53:6, what does ‘iniquity’ mean?
